The date, a dry fruit with many qualities for future and new mothers

The date is a berry cultivated mainly in the countries of the Middle East. For our Energy balls, we use a supply of organic dates from Tunisia and Algeria. The daily consumption of this fruit is traditionally recommended at the end of pregnancy. Fennel, to stimulate lactation

Plant of the apiaceae family, fennel ( feoniculum vulgare) has been used since ancient times. It is particularly appreciated for its galactogenic virtues , stimulating lactation in nursing mothers. We use organic fennel extract for our Energy balls.
